Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Certain products may have additional restrictions (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the integrity and hygiene of our premium beauty products, the following cannot be returned:
- Aromatic Perfumes and Chypre Perfumes (opened or used)
- Ampoules (due to their delicate nature and professional-grade formulations)
- Any product where the hygiene seal has been broken
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 2 business days, our team will review your request and email you with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Return address for our Boston boutique
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Please package items securely and include:
- Original packaging and all included materials
- A copy of your return authorization email
- Original invoice or proof of purchase
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received at our boutique, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive email confirmation when:
- Your refund has been issued
- Your exchange item has been shipped
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. The refund amount will include:
- Full product price (excluding original shipping costs)
- Applicable taxes
For exchanges, we will ship your new item via your preferred shipping method. Should there be a price difference, our team will contact you to arrange payment or refund of the balance.
International Returns
For our global clientele (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- All customs forms must be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional duties
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
