Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Please be aware that customs processing times may vary and are beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Original proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest standards of product integrity and hygiene, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Aromatic Perfumes and Chypre Perfumes (opened or used)
  • Ampoules (due to their delicate, professional-grade formulations)
  • Any product with broken hygiene seals

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  • Product name(s) and reason for return/exchange
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
  • Confirmation that items are unused and in original packaging
  • Your full name, contact number, and order date

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Shipping instructions and our Boston boutique return address

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Please include in your return package:

  • Original packaging with all materials
  • Copy of your return authorization email
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received at our boutique:

  • Processing takes 3-5 business days
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when:
    • Your refund has been issued
    • Or your exchange item has been shipped

Refund Information

  • Refunds issued to original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return
  • Includes full product price (excluding original shipping costs) and applicable taxes
  • For exchanges: new items ship via your preferred method. Price differences will be coordinated by our team

International Returns

For our global clientele (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • Customs forms must be marked “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
  • We recommend trackable shipping services
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
